Thank you, atriel2! I'm fighting hard to keep that color!! Wifey, thank you for your faith in me, but after a lifetime of struggle with weight, I feel always on the brink of failure! We are certainly on a journey! Thanks, Princess! Maybe that 0.2 will be gone tomorrow with a friend or two! Thanks, newnameMM! This may be the first time I overdid it one day and didn't fast or close to fast the next. I didn't eat up to calories, but I idnt go hungry. Then the next days I just went back to my plan. I'm not saying I'm pleased I went over as much as I did, but it is reassuring that I can recover without extreme and frantic work it just took a bit more time. Maybe my body is getting more accustomed to being this weight and isn't fighting to gain quite as much anymore! One can hope! 😁
