I'm down another pound. There are 5 weeks left in 2010 (counting this week) and I have 4.2 pounds left to lose to make my goal (losing 50 pounds in 2010).
This is really important to me, so I really hope to make it. So far, so good. I am definately cutting it close, but I still think that I'm in the running. :-)
Of course, I will not be too upset if I don't make it. I have lost 45.8 pounds in 2010, so that in itself is amazing.
Since starting my diet/weight loss journey/lifestyle change (pick the title, all are the same to me), I have lost 58.8 pounds.
I have learned how to eat, and how to exercise. I have completely changed my outlook on both of these things. I am in control.
And it feels great.
