So, the new Weight Watchers plan started this week. I just got the information today.

And I'm not too happy about it. Seems as if it's more low-carb than before, which I hate.

However, I am going to try to follow it. It's mostly the same thing as before, just a bit... different.

Now instead of being calculated by "calories, fat, fiber", points are calculated by "protein, carbohydrates, fat, fiber".

So there ya go. After years of saying that I would NEVER count carbs, I am now counting carbs.

But I know that Weight Watchers works, and that every change made has been an improvement. So, I will try this new plan for awhile, work out the kinks, and (hopefully) watch the scale go down even more!

I posted something about the Points Plus also. I am kind of excited about the change. I did noticed that most of the carby items went up at least a point. However, our daily points and weekly allowance have increased. And so has the activity points. All fruits are free now. Today I ate an apple and 2 TBSP of Pnut Butter along with my sandwich and I am satisfied, usually I am craving something sweet, PB solved that. on the old system I would have avoided the PB cuz it took up at least 4 points out of 22. WW does work, I agree. And I just want to comment how great you look!! Good job!

Interesting. I know I feel better when I'm eating fewer carbs. I'm curious to know how this knew plan works for people. Hope you do well with it.
