Slowly but surely lifting again. I hover around 146-148’s. Yesterday I weighed and it showed 168. Yeah I was like “what the heck?!” BUT then I heard my husband laugh. He had put his foot behind me and on scale. The nerd. 🤦🏻‍♀️ So, in standard fashion, I had to retaliate so I blasted the music video he was in back in his younger years. Which embarrasses him.🤣😂 He’s just lucky he didn’t fall again from laughing. He would’ve fallen and I wouldn’t have helped him up. Call Life Alert, buddy. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Also told him to give me a month and we’d start competing again. I mean... working out together. I still have him beat on running and incline work but he’s definitely gotten to be a real threat. He has me beat hands down in weight lifting but I blame the extended break and the whole more muscle thing.
