Uh-oh... a gain in weight, but I shouldn’t be surprised, not least because of the huge bar of galaxy I managed to demolish in about 3-4 days plus 2 tubs of Ben & Jerry’s! Argh 😤 I wish I had a bit more self control and could stop myself trying to eat the whole house when times get tough.
And boy things are SO tough right now (generally) and I’m finding THIS too much to cope with... REALLY struggling, and don’t know where to turn or what to do. Perhaps I’m destined for it.
Sorry I feel as though I shouldn’t be posting how I feel generally since it’s not specifically or directly weight or diet related. But, it is related... although not obviously.

See, the worse I feel and the more I’m struggling with my mental health, the more my eating is affected and I’ll be skipping meals then overeating on junk food of all sorts, and then restricting my intake ridiculously in order to compensate. X

And to be honest, 0.2kg doesn’t even register on my old scales so this would be ‘stayed the same’ in my book!
