I ate lasagna all weekend, so i'm happy to show any weight loss.
My clothes are very baggy, esp jeans. i dont want to buy more until I'm at my goal, but i may have to get some at a resale shop. However, I've been surprised at how many shirts still fit, which tells me I've been wearing clothes too small (cuz ive shrunk out of 1 bra and almost a 2nd).
My mini goal is to be under 170 by New Year's day.
On a side note, i started wii dance again and I'm shocked at how 'hard' it was - my heart rate was def up! I slacked off walking (or any exercise) for a month but kept losing weight, so i must have lost some muscle. Not good! I will make a diligent effort to do a real workout several times a week.
