Isn't it funny? It's been exactly one pound for three weeks. I keep stepping on and off the scale, just to make sure. LOL. It seems so improbable.

I'm especially glad the scale was kind THIS week. I had a few very "iffy" days. I'm sitting here now savoring my morning coffee . . . elixir of the gods! I can't believe I never drank coffee for most of my life. Boy, have I been missing out!!! LOL.

I agree, I love my coffee, and have recently discovered mocha flavored splenda....so as a treat I will add one once in a while! mmmmm so good, and I don't really care for flavored coffees!

I DO love the flavored coffees. Folgers makes a chocolate truffle and vanilla biscotti that are like drinking dessert. And I've found an off brand one, cinnamon pecan that's heaven. I add Truvia and skim milk. The odors alone are enough to make you exultant. Steph, how close do you live to St. Louis? I plan to be there the end of February and I would LOVE to meet you in person.
