JMA312 Günlüğü, 03 Kas 20

ok! I had a few 'creeps' up/down/all around, I didn't post every single 'blip' on the "IT" scale but I am trying to keep an eye on the trend and how I am following my woe/wol AND I AM being true to ME. This has to be the longest I've kept to a single meal plan, Thank you Dr. Pierre Dukan for your book and "diet" plan! I don't really want to call it a "diet" plan since I think this will be my lifelong woe, way of eating. I feel good, eating good & I think it is working! Finally something my body kind of likes and works well with :-) Needless to say, I don't want to jinx it and rave tooooo much, since in the past when things seem to go well they just turn around and 'slap me in the face'! But this time feels good. I won't go as far to say that it is 'easy' and that I don't have cravings and temptation, that would not be true. I believe those things will be around all my life and would be even if I was not following a plan. So, for now, for today, for this moment in time, THIS is the best plan, woe, wol for me to follow & being TRUE TO ME :-)
