OK every year I jump both feet in and the change is to much for me. I fail. I hate failing, seems to drive me back to my baggage sitting by the fridge. I lost almost 5lbs since Jan 1. I have stopped eating deep fried food. I don't feel deprived and haven't starting exercising yet. Actually I have no energy. Think allergies or maybe I am sick. Who knows maybe my body is trying to get in my way. So guess this the beginning. During my process I want to get my mind healthy and my body.
