I gained a pound. I've been 100%... Only eating in the evenings 22:2 or 19:5 some nights. Average daily calories less than 2400 (78% of my RDI) for the month. Guess it's just a rebound after the big drop the week before. For the month I've lost 5.6 pounds so far which averages out to 2.2 pounds per week (5.6 divided by 18 times 7) so I need to focus on that and be happy. I will try to have some lower calories days this week to get ready for the holidays so I can keep my average on target.
