The cookies and lasagna were eaten. Back at it today. I'm going to need to give away the ones I have left but I ate the kinds that were important to me so that's ok. Less carbs, more good food this week. Christmas day should be ok (I'm cooking) if I can get past the morning breakfast with granddaughter's family. I'm bringing my mug of coffee (theirs is super-strong, can't do it) and will try to stay busy enough that I don't pick at the food much.
So today, we get through the day with enough hydration, veggies and protein to make our bodies hum and our minds stay awake.
But, first, coffee.
