Still eating in the evenings, mostly within a 5 hour eating window, typically from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Eating OMAD within 1 or two hours make me felt like I was developing an unhealthy attitude towards eating. Giving myself more time and tracking my calories keeps my on track for weight loss and is much more enjoyable and sustainable. The few days I started eating early in the day it was a challenge to not over consume so will try not to have lunch. Also, the few days I walked 10 miles or so I was so much hungrier the next day. I think I will stick with 5 miles walks and try to reduce the time. Yesterday 5.3 miles in 90 minutes was a 3.53 mile per hour pace or 17 minutes per mile.
