Same weight. Drank more water and exercised at the gym. didnt eat after 7. I know what my problem is though. Not enough calories. I havent been feeling so well the past two days so I havent had much of an appetite. Today I am going to make sure I get more calories so my body doesnt go into starvation mode and it will store the fat and not get rid of it. So I will make sure they are good calories and not just empty ones to add up to a certain number. Hoping for a loss tomorrow, but feel good with the no junk food and exercise.
