I havent been on in a few days. Friday did so well through the day. Went out w friends and drank way to much. Spent Saturday recovering. Didn't eat bad just didn't journal and drank way to much juice and calorie rich fluids like tea and Gatoraid.
Okay weighted. Did well this week. Down over 10 lbs since starting 1/1/11. Feel proud of myself but scared. What if it was just water weight or I had a dog on the scale with me.
Okay new week. I am going to do less drinking on next weekend and more water through the week.
