Only 11 pounds to go. I need these love handles and stomach to be smaller. They should be smaller than they are now. They're not as big as they were when I started this journey, but still they should be smaller at this point. So frustrating

I totally understand. My stomach and hips are not where I want them to be either. I'll just say that I've heard that many people underestimate how much body fat they have (you don't have to be obese to have quite a bit of fat on your body) and how many pounds it will take for their body to look the way they want it to.

I know how you feel! When I get to my weight goal I'm going to make new goals to stay the same weight but keep exercising and recomp my body. You are so close!!!! Great job!!!!

if u can suck down 1-2 tbl of apple cider vinegar (real stuff w the sludge in it) daily, it has helped me with belly fat

I just put everything single thing I eat or drink in the calorie counter to keep myself accountable, I watch my portion sizes, I do strength training 2-3 days a week depending on work schedule and I do aerobics 4 days a week whether it's a HIIT video or do the treadmill not eliptical at the gym

Being patient is part of working the weight off...so many things play into the loss of weight...if it was simple or easy..would be no farsecret...
