12 POUNDS LOST!!! REACHED GOAL WEIGHT!!! 110 POUNDS LOST SINCE OCTOBER 1, 2012!!!

Just wanted to quickly do a weigh-in since I just finished my 3 mile walk! I'm so very busy with work and life right now, but I will do an updated journal in the coming weeks that will be more detailed of my year-long weightloss journey!! WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!! Calorie count, fatsecret, my scale, meditation, and my notebook journal have been so important on my journey!

Just overall grateful for each and every moment of every day! So glad I decided to take my life back!! I'm stronger and more powerful today bc I have a healthy mind, body, and soul for my future!
