I am down another pound! Victory! Even though I went over my calorie intake the past 2 days. I am finding myself not as hungry as I thought and then I am able to wait until I can snack or eat to satisfy me. Before I began my diet I don't think I ever felt hungry because I was constantly eating. I was always snacking in-between meals and I seriously ate because I was bored or had a craving for something. Now I am ok with being hungry. I know I still have a long road to travel here but at least it is a step in the right direction and I am feeling better about myself than I have in a long time!
