Okay, here we go with Fasting February. I'm going to do 16:8 intermittent fasting all month and I'm going to lose eight pounds. (I'd be lying if I said I wasn't hoping for 10, though!) I am hoping this will jumpstart me into continued weight loss, but for now, I am limiting my scope to just Fasting February. It's limited, it's doable, and I am going to DO IT.
