Took Sakura for a wall again tonight. I have been doing 2 miles a night with her. I want to eventually get to 5 miles a night and then 10. One step at a time though. I walk alot and do alot of strenuous activities at work so hopefully the walking at night helps that much more. I was 348 pounds (cant believe I'm saying this out loud) and now I'm 326.2, all in 3 weeks. So it must be working I suppose. Staying motivated when it comes to losing weight can be such a difficult task but dont we all deserve to feel good about ourselves and love ourselves?
