Stayed mostly on track yesterday... but unintentionally skipped my ShakeO at lunchtime. I also had about 10 French fries that Kevin had leftover (not on my food plan). And today I saw no change in my weight 😕... under-eating in nutrition, and eating outside of my food choices. Not a good plan... but at least I didn’t GAIN weight! Thank You, Lord for helping me to stay focused better, and to move towards a goal—rather than giving up and not even trying to fight!
