So... I haven’t paid attention to what I eat since October. 🤦🏽‍♀️ One day went by... two... 3... 1 week... 2 weeks... a month... eventually it’s been HALF A YEAR!!!! Ugh. I wasted so much time; it’s unbelievable.

But there’s nothing I can do about the past, so I’ve got to work on my present and future. I’ve started journaling, working in my mental health, and my physical health is ingrained. Time to be HEALTHY!!!

Same situation here...stopped counting a week before Thanksgiving. Just got up the motivation this week to get back on track. I had lost 34-ish and put 17 back on. Here’s to moving forward 💪
