After several weeks vacation and being easily influenced to fall back into old habits it is time to start anew. Returned to the gym today and didn't feel like death after my class. I didn't chart what I ate, but I didn't hit the hooch tonight which I know is my main problem. Drinking all of those empty calories. Learned of a no carb protein shake that I'd like to try for after my workouts. I'm a bit nervous about it though as the current health trend is screaming to stay away from artificial sweeteners. I wonder if the splenda I have in my coffee is doing more harm than good (for my overall health - not specifically for the weight I'm trying to drop).
