Steady is good while I try to reset my metabolism. I find that I really don't need to eat this much (1700) and miss my little cycle while watching my soap and doing a 10 minute HIIT with Shelly. Destressing my body and slept well last night. I am looking forward to resuming again in a few weeks. I will continue with 30 minutes of cardio and my walking for 10,000 steps/day
