Wait until tomorrow, Girth! I'll be bouncing way up in the morning. I wasn't good today.  

I only say that because I've been going up and down like an elevator. I would love to step off at the ground floor and stay there. 

Wouldn't that be great?!?! Unfortunately, we're not one of those people.  

See what fun "Maintenance" is? Seems to me... I have to focus as closely as when I started but....I am a lot more grateful now. Not as frightened about whether I could do this. It's not always easy but it is simple. Refusal to go back to sleep on my new WOE by forgetting where I came from 3 years ago. So I check in and face up! Love this place. Thank you for reminding me how it really is one day at a time.🥥 

I hear ya, Judy. Maintenance is real work. The way I do it, I do get breaks from the tedious tracking and not having some things I want to eat, so it's a little easier than when I was losing the weight. It's definitely not as easy or fun as getting fat was though.
