On Christmas eve and Christmas day, I went way over on all counts, sodium and calories and sugars. I did so poorly I didn't even record any of it. I couldn't remember half of what I consumed! And I did no exercise on Christmas day or the next four days after. I got back on track on Saturday with the eating below RDI and on Monday with the exercise.
