Depressing that I'm back to where I started, the most I've weighed in a year. I had gotten down to 206#'s after covid because I was just drinking liquids and eating soups. I haven't been tracking my meals, exercising, just eating Easter candy, and drinking iced coffee protein shakes instead of fruit smoothies for breakfast. I need to prioritize my health, but that means I'd have to drop another, and I'm already stretched with responsibilities from the time I wake until sleep. 😥
