Palesept Günlüğü, 05 Şub 11

I haven't really weighed myself in a little while, but I'm guessing that I gained weight. That's not good at all. At the doc's office about 2 wks ago, I was 108 with shoes on, so that's what I'm putting in. Ugh. What utter crap. How crappy have my workouts been as well... My new medicine that my doctor told me to take in order for me to be able to sleep works a little TOO well. Now I'm sleeping all of the time. I've done some things in the past few weeks though. I've come up with a hobby. I make shadow boxes and other craft-y things. It's quite fun! Everyone wants one now.

Now I just have to re-start my exercise routine. Someone please kick me in the butt!
