What a week.
Was in a car accident earlier this week. I am fine now, but was a bit shaken up when it happened.
My food intake was very poor for a couple of days after it happened.
Today has been the first day i had anything proper -
breakfast was bacon with BBQ sauce on toast,
small salad for lunch
and a small t-bone steak with oven baked beer battered chips with homemade gravy from the steak drippings and a light salad for dinner.
