So Superbowl was AWESOME, and not so great for my weight loss regime. I intentionally over-ate, but I couldn't tell you why I intentionally made that decision.
The result is the 189s that I was seeing earlier last week quickly dissapeared. This morning 190.2 is still a success story - little weight gain to go with the chicken wings, cheese balls, egg rolls, potato chips... etc... I was an ANIMAL! LOL
It really doesn't matter. I still feel great. I'm still excited that I've had so much success. I still woke up the next morning determined to watch what I eat, and eat the right foods. I'm still living my life and not letting food take over.
PLUS - (not a PG comment) my sex life is AMAZING. This weight loss stuff is like viagra for women... it's fantastic!
