I think the scale lied yesterday but figured I'd put todays on also just to see what happens. I didn't cheat at all, ate well, so there's no reason for it to go up 2 lbs other than normal fluctuation and the scale is stupid lol. Not freaked out.
Today is a little laundry, some shopping for a grandbaby shower tomorrow for a friend and maybe push myself into some gymtime. Only went once this week, need to get better at this. Might fit in a massage. Been way too long and the body is reminding me a lot. Still tweaking what my life will look like post-job 2.
