Annoying, but...... ! Turns out I'm fighting with an unfamiliar foe for the last month or so ----- gallstones! 'Eat' leads to 'hurt', so the input has been calorically down, which IS a good thing, but it is surprising that the scales are 'on hold'! We'll see what the next week has in store. I'll have some meal times and items sorted out by then so new habits will be in place and, .......we'll see.
