It's that time of year. I'm no longer fueled by my guilt from Christmas. I've lost 21 pounds and I think to myself, "Wow, I haven't weighed in so low in years." It sure would be nice to give up now.

I see all the warning signs too. I keep sneaking little nibbles of things that will be too small to track. A spoonful here, a pinch there. Soon I won't be loosing weight and then I'll give up entirely.

My only hope is that blogging about this will turn me around. Come on "Skinny me", take over!

The thing with weight loss is that losing is only half the battle. Maintaining is the really tough part. Don't undo what you have done. Here's a kick in you booty. Now get moving and get those last pounds off. You will feel so good.

Keep it going!! If you feel pretty good now, think about how great you will feel 2 months from now. Stick with it and stay healthy
