Last night when I stepped onto the scale with my usual dreaded fear I was pleasantly surprised and I did the happy dance all around my bathroom. I have officially made the 170s my bitch and they have gone down FOR-EV-ER. I have not been in the 160s for a loooooooooong time and I can't believe it! Even though it is hard work, and I think about French Fries every minute of the day it feels so great! Now only a million more pounds to go...
