Have had such a stressy time - no excuse, really. Am feeling good today even though the rain thoroughly soaked me and the wind nearly blew me over - and that was in town collecting my grandson from school. Today is a 600 calorie fasting day. I've made the mistake on this 5:2 diet of seeing the non fasting days as days when I can just pig out. Now realise that I still have to watch the size of my portions and say no to all carbs, especially bread, and sugar is a complete no-no. Hope to have lost more next week.
