Ate too much yesterday.....if I had left out the unhealthy food I would have been OK! Not the first time I've said that..must try harder. Maybe I should have a day where I eat what I like?

I am the same, i have eaten trash on and off for a few days. i don´t know whats got into me. Its like i´m eating worse then ever. Today i am going to try and fast ..... see if i can get the sugar out of my system and start again.

This always happens, I will do really well for a few days then almost self sabotage by eating too much crap. As soon as I cave in and eat the crap its like the gate has opened and I think f##@ it and eat more. I always OK with myself by thinking...I'll be good tomorrow!! Arrgghhh!! Good luck with your fast tomorrow...stay focused and stay away from the crap!

Sounds like we are the same. Once i´ve started i think oh well just have some more. lol I really want to lose the weight and eat better as the doctor said my cholesterol s a bit high. I hit 40 in september so am going to have to do something.i will not eat any crap today. I am 100% focused.:-)

You can do it!!!! I turned 40 on the 26th January...trying to lose weight as I don't want to end up with diabetes.
