Week 2 - my weight is not any lower. I’m actually up .2 from my lowest first week weigh in. I’m still in ketosis and I’m exercising so I’m not sure why I didn’t see a loss. It’s okay though…I know I’m doing everything right and the numbers will eventually show it. Looking forward to completing week 3 and seeing success.
