Well I took off 5 lbs since I started FS on Monday, I think some of this weight was due to constipation and water though. I have also been doing my food journal and exercising all week so that might of helped to. Either way it's a loss and I'm happy to see it.
Friday's are my date night with my husband, so I allow myself to have 60g of net carbs. I know it's going off the induction phase for the day, but it's just to hard to be good when you go out to a Chinese buffet everything looks so good. I also have two glasses of wine at home to relax and rent movies.
I guess that's all until next week.
