Ate chicken livers with bacon fried in coconut oil. Meat juices and oil got mixed and I drained the lot, several times. Too many calories, I'm thinking. Back on pork chops and chicken portions now, few side mushrooms. Got more of both in the freezers, some quality bacon, steaks, dozen eggs, and a boned lamb leg to deal with next so they should all be ok :-)
