Week 3 comes to an end and I’m so incredibly disappointed. I am not loosing any weight and I don’t know why. I have kept my cabs under 50 everyday. My balance of protein and fats have been on target. Exercise, don’t exercise…doesn’t seem to matter. I don’t know what else to do. I don’t know what to change. Suggestions from anyone doing keto?
