A non fast today...blew it yesterday by eating over the fast day allowance...oh well. I've been pretty good today. We went for a tramp/hike today which was great...nice uphill, except we were going at snail pace as z wasn't keen to walk and was walking slowly. Think it was near Mt Bos? Then we checked out the ribpver stout but didn't actually see the river as it was taking too long haha. Stopped at Wool shed creek on the way back home and jack went swimming in the stream and rock pools. I was bitten 5 times by those pesky sandflies so went to sit in the truck, it was like 40° in the truck so I lasted 5 mins then headed back/k to where they all were. Z was crying as he was soaking wet, jack was soaked and didn't want to leave...
Got home and cooked z turkey lasagna, yum yum and had brocolli with it too. Calculated everything before hand and added my pudding rations and big glass of wine in my calorie count...happy days! The wine is tasting too good, going down far too easily haha! Need to stick to the one glass though....we'll see haha.or not, m has just walked in the the rest in a glass! Ha!
