Thank you very much for your thoughts Ride, I really appreciate it. Thankfully, I caught this thing early enough that I didn't need chemo or surgery...just 43 consecutive days of radiation which is over this coming Thursday! I cant wait and need to celebrate but haven't decided how just yet. This site and folks on it like you are amazing and have been transformative to my lifestyle changes. I'm not much into social media as I mention in my bio, but for some reason have been drawn to FS since I found it in June in ways no other site could. I look forward looking at the progress folks have and it lifts me to continue my path. I'm very grateful. Thanks again Ride and wish you the best of Sundays and for the coming week. Namaste'
