My weight went up just a bit. I weighed on my home scale this morning. But I didn't weigh before breakfast. My short workout was walking through Wal-Mart. I had bought some much needed under clothes. I also bought lunch out. bbq chicken and mashed potatoes. I didn't want a lot, just a small lunch today. I'm disappointed in the weight gain but I have to get it back down. I have been doing a walking regimen recently so I should see it coming down soon. Also I think with the birth control I take I think it's getting close to that time of the month for me. Normally I would see a small gain that way. It may just be water weight with that.
