15 SEPTEMBER 2021 hi folks. I'm trying to eat ketogenically, for the last 3!? years with basically no progress because I break the rules just about every day. I just spent 5 days and 18 dollars listening to the noom plan, but my heart wasn't in it. so I'm recommitting to keto, and recommitting to tracking every meal. it's not hard, it doesn't take long, and I actually enjoy it. so, I'm back!
