why am i gaining so much weight... not a good mood yesterday.. ate lots of sweet stuff maybe had 2000 calories!! for these 3 days!! oh no.. hope to get the weight down in time..

Don't stress about it we all have days like that i ate more than usual too on sunday! Don't rush yourself you'll reach your goal and in the long run it doesn't matter if it takes a few days longer.

Oh and it's unlikely to be an all fat gain it could be the food still in you and water!

wow thanks a lot!! njaska8, you seems always there to comfort people... i have been bloating all day these few days. i hope to get down to 50kg again..

i was actually hoping to fit in a size 2 US, but then i gain weight. now my cloths are tight!! :(

Your welcome! I had heaps of buddies tell me these things that's why I know. I feel bloated too will be weighing again on friday! Wear something not so tight around that belly till it goes down that is what I have been doing makes me feel more comfortable and less self conscious! I have been drinking lemon juice in hot water to help detox and reduce bloating. Your clothes will feel better in no time you are a kilo down already which means it is really most likely water and bloating.

Just don't stress yourself out too much i got amenorrhoea from food stress a while ago it's not worth it. Join the may madness challenge with me. It's just some form of exercise every day in may it can be simple like walking or housework(thanks roecampy:-))

I didn't get my period for months because I was under alot of stress because of dieting and worrying about weight and food!

oh.. that is a sad news. sorry to hear that. but good thing all are healthy now. i think i should lose weight slowly... right now i have been eating healthily, i wonder what cause the bloating? the carbs? my food consist mainly carbs as an asian. what about you?

I'm not sure about carbs and bloating but a lot of food has hidden salt which causes water retention and bloating. I eat carbs but try to cut out bread and refined things like white flour. I switched to wholemeal pasta and rice If I eat it. My cousins wife is asian and eats lots of rice and is one of the healthiest,skinniest people I know so I think it is overall calories,refined sugar and salt we should watch. I eat heaps of fruit,vegetables and oatmeal on a good day:-)

Oh and I love grilled fish(wrapped in aluminium foil on the bbq so no added fat) and grilled chicken breast which is good for lean protein. Lean red meat I eat once a week for Iron and also protein.
