I'm not sure how I gained weight this week. Maybe I ate too much flax seed or the sugar-free pancake syrup I use has carbs that I'm not aware of. I did have a cup of whole milk last night and a bag of popcorn the night before. I've also been having double the amount of Splenda packets I usually have. So I guess I just need to cut back on these things. Atkins bars and shakes are on their way to me though. Uh, oh. Hopefully I will only have one a day! It'll be my first time trying them.
I know I will be able to turn the scales around. I will live and learn.
