Lately it's been hard for me to reach my calories goal (1700) There are days when I don't eat more than 1400 calories or 1200. I have to push myself to eat more than that.. I don't know if that's ok or not.. I don't want to push myself, but I know that there is amount of calories I should eat everyday.. or maybe I should set a different goal? I know that with less kilograms your everyday calories get lower too... but at the same time if I don't eat enough, my body will store the food and I'll gain weight again.. what is your advice?

I would say eat what allows you to comfortably lose weight at a reasonable rate. For me, that daily goal currently is 1560. As you lose weight and your weight loss starts to level out a bit, just cut your daily calorie intake by a small amount (maybe 50?) You will gradually adjust your intake and shouldn’t feel overly deprived; essential for long-term success. Good luck 😌
