THIS is life with inflammation. Up and down. Going to keep up my stretching, yoga, abs walk as much as is possible for me. It will take time, but I’ll get there! My dr said I weigh about the same as my last physical,but she can tell my shape is different and I have a core! If you can move even a finger, keep moving. It’s a miracle I can walk at all. Yes, I have to use my walker when I’m out and my wheelchair for distance. These are simply aids to freedom. Have a beautiful day!💜🤗🌈🌻
