Happy Friday everyone -
I am still coasting along on the ol' plateau! But with the inlaws visiting I have added a little chardonnay to my evening diet journal.... so I guess that's the price I pay... I am challenging myself to go to the gym next week every day and bump up the metabolism. Been taking family to beach almost every day and I'm less than motivated when we get home...
I have just nudged my way into the 140's - haven't been here in a long time - I still feel like I have a lot of work to do - but I'm feeling better.
I took my son for his senior yearbook portrait yesterday - they wear tuxes for them - he looked great - cannot figure out how he grew up so fast... seems like yesterday he was a baby. No wonder I feel old... I am!!! hahahaha
