well went to the Doc for my semiannual. weight continues to go down so he's happy, ordered some lab work and assuming nothing pops up from it another clean bill of health. I think it always surprises them considering my size.

I always told them I was the healthiest fat guy they knew. My labs always came back fine along with great BP for a bigger guy back then. Keep at it!
