Doing well here. Weight up, not surprising as I have not really fixed the poor eating habits I reacquired while sick. But yesterday was the first time in awhile I was actually below my calorie limit. Small victories.
Took my dad with me to the cattle auction yesterday. His Parkinson’s disease keeps him from going out too much and so it was good for him to go to the auction and see familiar faces. Saw my animals be bid on, interesting experience seeing what others value them at.
Shoulder day today with sone ab work. Perhaps too much ab work given the state of my middle, or not enough ab work seeing the state of my middle!
